1. Acceptance of Terms

Any balance held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your real name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You must keep this information current — if any details change, update your account profile promptly or contact support.

888fe may at any time request identity verification documents including a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place within your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 888fe support immediately.

4. Deposits

All deposits on the 888fe platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 888fe supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and PKR-denominated debit and credit cards.

Deposits are generally credited to your 888fe account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. However, processing times can occasionally vary depending on the payment method used and technical factors outside of 888fe's control.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• 888fe does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or as directed by the 888fe withdrawal policy in effect at the time of your request. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank accounts held in your own name.

• You may only withdraw to a payment account that is registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, your identity must be fully verified. If you have not yet completed KYC verification, you will be prompted to do so before the withdrawal proceeds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary: mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically faster than bank transfers. Raast transfers are processed during banking hours.

• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Only real money balances are eligible for immediate withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
